Event attendance & certificates

Helping you create certificates quickly and easily

Share one attendance link, let participants fill it in themselves, then issue every certificate at once. Serial numbers, names, and grades are filled in automatically from the data already collected.

EVENT Quality Assurance Technical Training CIANJUR, 5 – 7 AUGUST 2026

01 — GOING DIGITAL

Certificates stop piling up as paper

Each certificate is rendered as a PDF on request, with its own serial number and QR code. No idle files sit on the server, and an updated design applies immediately to everything downloaded afterwards.

02 — EASY TO USE

Participants only open one link

No app to install, no account to create. They type their name, sign directly on the screen, and they are done. You decide which fields appear — phone number, unit, email — so the form is never longer than it needs to be.

03 — ONE PASS

Every participant finished in one command

A single button issues certificates for everyone who attended. Numbering stays in order even when two organisers press it at the same moment, and someone who attended three days still receives one certificate, not three.

04 — DELIVERY

Certificates arrive in participants' own inboxes

The PDF is attached to the email and sent from your own institution's address. Every send attempt is recorded, so when one fails to arrive you know exactly who and why.

05 — AUTHENTICITY

Anyone can confirm a certificate is real

The QR code on each sheet leads to an open verification page showing the name, number, event, and issuer as they are. Participants' phone numbers and email addresses never appear there.

What you can do

From the attendance list to a certificate in hand

It all lives in one place, so nothing participants have already typed needs to be typed again at any later step.

Attendance by link

Share one link or QR code. Multi-day events record daily attendance without counting the same person twice.

Import a list from Excel

Already have the participants? Upload an .xlsx or .csv. Column headings can be written freely, and anyone already registered is skipped.

A layout you arrange yourself

Upload your background, then drag each element into place while watching the result. Name, ID number, position, grade, phone, QR.

A grade for each participant

Score people one by one or all at once. The grade is printed on the certificate whenever you want it there.

Sent from your own address

Outgoing email carries your institution's identity, not a third party's. The full sending history is kept.

Many institutions, one place

Each institution has its own workspace, administrators, and data. Nothing can be seen across the boundary.

Four steps

From creating the event to certificates delivered

01

Create the event

Fill in its name, dates, and place. Decide which fields participants need to complete.

02

Share the attendance link

Through a chat group or a QR code on the room screen. Participants fill it in from their own phones.

03

Set up the certificate

Upload the background design, drag each element into position, give participants their grades.

04

Issue and send

One button for everyone. Download them yourself, or send them straight to participants' email.

Open verification

Holding a certificate and want to be sure it is genuine?

Scan the QR code on the sheet, or enter the 32-character code printed beneath it.

The code is 32 letters and digits, without spaces.
