Each certificate is rendered as a PDF on request, with its own serial number and QR code. No idle files sit on the server, and an updated design applies immediately to everything downloaded afterwards.

No app to install, no account to create. They type their name, sign directly on the screen, and they are done. You decide which fields appear — phone number, unit, email — so the form is never longer than it needs to be.
